The call aims to enhance the 1+ Million Genomes (1+MG) European data infrastructure by developing and deploying advanced tools for automated data curation, quality control, and secure data management, fully aligned with the European Health Data Space (EHDS) regulations and GDPR requirements. The project will create user-friendly APIs, interfaces, and services for researchers, healthcare providers, and public health policymakers, enabling efficient, interoperable, and secure access to genomic, clinical, and phenotypic data.

In addition, the project will establish a citizen portal that allows individuals to manage their personal data rights, including consent, access, correction, and deletion, ensuring transparency and active citizen engagement. The infrastructure and tools will support multiple use cases—from research to clinical care and public health policy—while maintaining data protection, privacy, and interoperability across European health data systems.
