The CEI Cooperation Fund 2026 is a funding programme that supports projects aimed at strengthening regional cooperation across Central, Eastern, and South-Eastern Europe. It is open to public and private organisations, NGOs/CSOs, and international institutions.

The call provides a total indicative budget of around EUR 442,000 and finances projects that promote cross-border collaboration, knowledge exchange, capacity building, and sustainable development among CEI member states.

Projects should contribute to regional development by addressing themes such as:

• good governance and institutional strengthening
• social and economic development
• environmental sustainability
• innovation and knowledge sharing
• cultural and educational cooperation

The programme encourages initiatives that foster cooperation between countries, improve institutional capacities, and support long-term regional integration and resilience.

The deadline for applications is 29 May 2026, and selected projects are implemented in cooperation with CEI member states and partners.
